RHEINZINK's approximate technical service-life estimate assumes correct planning and specialist processing.
Discuss a project Material detail · Titanium zinc
Quiet in tone. Exacting in detail.
Zinc is a living architectural surface, not simply a grey colour. We help the project team choose the manufacturer, finish, build-up and junction strategy together—then use physical samples to make the final decision.
All on-screen colours are illustrative. Current manufacturer literature and a physical sample govern the final selection.
Material warranty for eligible atWORK projects, subject to the current product and project conditions.
A separate manufacturer material guarantee; its conditions must not be blended with VMZINC's.
Specification lens
Choose the surface and the system as one decision.
The same zinc can perform very differently when ventilation, substrate, underside exposure, panel direction or interfaces are wrong. Early involvement keeps the visual choice buildable.
Strong fit
- Standing-seam roofs and façades with a refined, low-gloss finish.
- Dormers, bays, curves and folded details requiring high formability.
- Contemporary work and heritage forms where a calm living material is wanted.
Resolve before selection
- Is the build-up ventilated, warm-roof or manufacturer-approved compact construction?
- What are the local exposure, roof pitch, run length and underside conditions?
- How will batches, rolling direction, protective film and site storage be controlled?
Manufacturer finish library
Compare named products—then verify them in the hand.
These are manufacturer families, not Copperclad-created colour names. The chips orient the conversation; an official current sample remains the decision tool.
Natural and pre-weathered zinc
VMZINC
A broad architectural range from mill-finish Natural Zinc through grey, near-black and coloured pre-weathered surfaces. The selected finish establishes the starting appearance; exposure still creates subtle change over time.
Selection noteConfirm the current UK finish name, gauge, format, batch and project eligibility before specification.
CLASSIC, prePATINA, GRANUM and PRISMO
RHEINZINK
Four surface families give a choice between naturally weathering zinc, established blue- and graphite-grey tones, architectural greys and translucent colour-coated options.
Selection noteUse one product line consistently unless the design deliberately calls for contrast; confirm rolling direction and batch strategy.
Natural, Alkimi and individual Rainbow colours
elZinc
A zinc family spanning natural rolled material, established neutral patinas and more expressive coloured surfaces. Rainbow is the name of the colour family—not one multicoloured sheet—so red, blue, green, black, gold and brown are shown as separate finishes. Availability and warranty route should be checked for the UK project at the point of specification.
Selection noteConfirm the exact finish, distributor availability and applicable warranty programme before presenting a final sample set.

Material consultation
Discuss the project. Then request the right samples.
Tell us what is being designed, where it is and which surfaces you are considering. We will narrow the range, discuss suitability and arrange a focused physical sample set where it will genuinely help a live project.
Finishes of interest
Build a focused sample shortlist.
Select any starting points that suit the design direction. We will check the product, exposure and availability before a physical sample is arranged.
No finishes selected yet. You can still enquire for guidance.
